新年必备年品 - Homemade 年糕 ^^

制作说明 ^^


糖色 [把糖煮溶后根据自己所需的糖色加水作为调整]


糯米粉


幼糖


油[可选用植物油]






糯米粉加上少许的水搅拌


之后再加入冷却了的糖色继续搅拌
最后再把油加入搅拌成糊状


把已搅拌好了的糯米糊倒入模具里

放到锅里蒸45 - 50 分钟即可

P/S：由于本人太懒惰了，所以没拍到成品 XD 请各位见谅 ！
